It’s a famous Korea dish which is made of beef.
it is often stir-fried in a pan in home cooking.
It is a very popular dish in South Korea.
Where it can be found in local Restaurants & markets.
Beef – 400 gm
Soya Sauce – ¼ tsp
Sesame oil – 1 tbsp
Honey – 2 tsp
Brown sugar – 1 tsp
Pepper – ½ tsp
Roasted Sesame Seed – 1 tsp
Rice vinegar – 1 tsp
Garlic paste – 1 tsp
Kiwi – ½ No.s
Onion Stem – 1 tbsp
Salt – ½ tsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Marinate the beef with all the ingredients except oil.
Leave it for 1 hour in the fridge.
Grill it or Shallow fry it in oil.
Add the Caramalised Onion in it which is optional.
OUR BULGOGI IS READY !!!!!!
