[賤哥的灶卡] 烤牛小排 Grilled Beef Short Ribs

不是韓式口味, 因為忘了朋友分享的食譜了. 就自己隨意調了醃醬. 先烤在高溫煎過. 小孩也喜歡.
This beef short ribs is not Korean style. Because I forgot where I saved the recipe from a friend. So I just add whatever I like for the marinating sauce. Then oven grill the beef first followed by pan sear over high heat. Kids like the result too.

材料 Ingredients:
牛小排7片 Flanken cut Beef short ribs 7 counts
洋蔥切絲1/8顆 Sliced onion 1/8 head
紅糖1小匙 Brown Sugar 1 tsp
薑粉半小匙 Ginger Powder 1/2 tsp
大蒜粉半小匙 Garlic Powder 1/2 tsp
味淋1小匙 Mirin 1 tsp
清酒1大匙 Sake 1 tbsp
米酒1大匙 Rice Wine 1 tbsp
醬油2大匙 Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
香油1大匙 Sesame Oil 1 tbsp

作法
1. 牛小排洗淨放入保鮮袋
Wash clean the short ribs and put in a ziplock bag
2. 加入洋蔥,紅糖,薑粉,大蒜粉,味淋,清酒,米酒跟醬油
Add onion, brown sugar, ginger powder, garlic powder, Mirin, sake, rice wine and soy sauce
3. 把所有調味料跟肉拌勻
Mix well everything
4. 再加入香油拌勻
Add sesame oil and mix well
5. 壓出空氣,醃1小時
Push out the air from the bag, zip and marinate for 1 hour
6. 擺上烤盤。350度F 烤20分鐘
Lay out on the baking sheet. At 350F, oven grill for 20 minutes
7. 10分鐘後翻面
Turn the meat at 10 minutes
8. 用鐵鍋把牛小排再煎過
Then sear the meat on pan over high heat
9. 用同一個鍋子把醃醬跟洋蔥炒過。再加入烤出的油
Use the same pan to cook the marinating sauce and onion. Add in the juice from baking sheet
10. 加1/4杯水把洋蔥煮軟一點(喜歡脆口的不用加),然後鋪在牛小排上
Add 1/4 cup of water to soften the onion ( no need if you like crisp onion), Then lay on top over meat to serve
