Beef Flanken Ribs Smoked On The Camp Chef Woodwind WiFi Pellet Grill

I can’t always find Flanken Ribs, but when I can, these slender Beef Ribs find their way to my grill or smoker in a hurry. Here I smoke up a few pounds of Flanken Ribs, pair them with a Lime Ginger Rice, and dig in.

Marinade Ingredients

1 cup Soy Sauce
2 TBSP Brown Sugar
2 TBSP Gochujang
1 TBSP Granulated Garlic
1 tsp Ground Ginger
1 TBSP Rice Wine Vinegar

Lime Ginger Rice Ingredients

4 cups Cooked Rice
Juice of 2 Limes
Zest of 1 Lime
2-3 tsp Crushed Ginger
Salt & Pepper To Taste
