BBQ and Son cook up some beef ribs on the Traeger.
The cook :
Removed fat from the meat side of the ribs.
Apply your favorite rub.
Put in smoker at 135c with a water pan.
Cook for 3 hours then spritz with water at 3, 4 and 5 hours cooking time mark.
Test for tenderness at the 6 hour mark and remove if good (If not just keep cooking for another hour and try again).
Wrap in butcher paper and rest for an hour.
