Flanken beef ribs | Korean beef ribs | cross cut beef ribs | beef ribs

Found some flanken beef ribs and decided to marinade them in a Korean style marinade then grill over high heat on the weber kettle.
This recipe is for 1 lb flanken cut beef ribs. (Multiply recipe for the amt of lbs)

For the marinade:
1/4 cup diced green onion
6 cloves garlic, diced
1/4 cup dark brown sugar, (or molasses)
2 tbsp rice vinegar
1/4 cup soy sauce, (tamari if you are gluten free)
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp black pepper
