Hey everybody! On this episode of Just Wingin’ It BBQ, we are smoking up some DELICIOUS beef back ribs! After seasoning them up, they hit the smoke at 275 degrees on our Grilla Grills Silverbac Alpha pellet smoker. After about 2.5 hours they were probe tender at 203 degrees and ready to be sliced up!
