Grilled Beef Burger with Mushroom Sauce
(Makes 2 burgers)
Step 1: Meat mix Ingredients
3 tbsp coriander chopped
1 green chili
350 gm (12.3 oz) minced beef
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 egg
Step 1: Meat mix
Mix the above ingredients in a food processor.
Step 2: Sauce Ingredients
1 tsp oil
1 small onion chopped
Mushrooms sliced
1 pinch salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp mustard paste
4 tbsp cream (add 2 tbsp milk if the sauce is too thick)
Step 2: Sauce
Add oil to a frying pan, add onions and mushrooms and sauté the mix. Cook for one minute and set aside.
Step 3: Cooking the burger patties
Use a burger patty press to make the patties (or use your hands). Heat the grill pan, grease with oil and put the burger patties on it and cook both sides. Place onion slices on the grill pan and brown them (optional) When meat is done, add a slice of cheese on top.
Toast the bun, add lettuce and desired vegetables, put the cooked patty on top and spread mushroom sauce.
Enjoy.
