Grilled Beef Sandwiches
Recipe :
Ingredients :
(Marination for both sides)
• Meat fillets 250g
• Salt 1 tbs or to taste
• Red chilli powder 1 tbsp or to taste
• Paprika powder 2 tsp
• Cumin powder 1 tsp
• Black pepper powder 1 tsp
• Butter 2 tbs for grease
( For filling )
• White Onion 1 medium
• Garlic chopped 2 tbs
• Green bell pepper 1 medium
• Red bell pepper 1 medium
• Tomato 1 medium
• Green chillies 1 – 2
• Salt 1 tsp or to taste
• Black pepper powder ½ tsp
• French bread / samoli 3
• Butter 1 tbs
Directions :
• Marinate meat fillets with salt, red chilli powder, paprika powder, cumin powder and
Black pepper powder and set aside for 20 minutes.
• Grease the grill / pan with butter.
• Place fillets on grill / pan and cook from both sides until done.
• Cut to make strips.
• In a pan add butter, white Onion and fry for 2 minutes.
• Add chopped garlic, tomato, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, green chillies and fry.
• Add salt, black pepper powder and fry for 2 – 3 minutes.
• Add meat strips and mix.
• Grease the pan with butter and toast the samoli / french bread.
• Add filling to make sandwiches.
• Ready to serve.
