Picked up two awesome looking Hotel Style Beef Ribs from QC Meat Market Located at 3002 S Port Ave, Corpus Christi, TX 78405….
I use Chupacabra Season All from Two Gringos @ https://2gringoschupacabra.com/
Grilled them on my PK Grill with B&B Post Oak Wood and Mesquite Lump.
Seasoned them and then smoked indirectly until the internal temp reached 195-200 F. They came out really awesome.
