This was and interesting cook. I used John Henry’s ribs today.the first one was the mesquite rub and the other one was his Texas garlic rub. The combination of the two created a sweet but not too salty savory flavor on the rib. #BEEFRIBS #BBQ #StickBurner #JohnHenry
