Everyone loves a deliciously moist beef rib so earlier this week so we decided to cook beef ribs on a ProQ smoker and capture a step by step process for you to easily replicate at home. This was an incredibly easy cook and the hardest part of the cook was probably removing the membrane from the underside of the rib. The cook itself was almost set and forget with the Flaming Coals Hotrods and Temp Master Pro controlling the temperature inside the ProQ
