How to make smoked jerky | Campchef pellet smoker venison beef jerky

This is the best smoked venison jerky I have ever had! I made my own marinade and used Lumberjack apple/cherry pellets for approximately 3.5 hours at 160°F.

2 lbs venison or beef roast

1/2 cup soy sauce
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup beef broth
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp nutmeg or ginger powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
Squirt of honey
Crushed red pepper to taste
