How to grill the delicious and standardized beef

Barbecue always plays an important role in every family meal. The easy-to-prepare, fast-processed and richly flavored grill has certainly been applied by many women in meals and home parties.

?Materials:
– 1kg-2kg of beef cutlet
– 1 teaspoon of thyme leaves
– 2 teaspoons of olive oil
– 3 -5 garlic cloves
– ½ teaspoon pepper (if spicy)

?How to do:
Step 1: Let the beef leave for about 15 minutes at room temperature.

Step 2: Marinate thyme leaves, garlic using a sharp knife to put 3-5 cloves in meat, pepper, a little olive oil. Let the beef soak with spices for more than 30 minutes.

Step 3: Prepare the oven, place the grill on the oven, set the temperature to 200 degrees C for 10 minutes to heat up the oven, turn the oven 180 degrees C, and put the meat in the oven

Step 3: with cooked meat: 1kg grill for about 35 minutes-40 minutes. Then take it out and let the meat outside for about 20 minutes and then use, you can slice about 2cm each and serve with salad dressing with vinegar, potatoes, corn, grilled vegetables with Beef.
Grilled beef is finished, put on a plate and enjoy while the meat is still hot, good appetite.
