Here are the ingredients for the homemade rub:
1/4 cup paprika
3 tbsp maple sugar
2 tbsp kosher salt
2 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
Smash it all together and cover your brisket, don’t forget to use french’s to base your meat before you add the rub ?
This will cover a 4-6lb brisket but if you have leftovers, just store in an airtight container/jar.
