Today I smoked a rack of beef ribs . I used Valentinas Tex Mex BBQ’s RED RUBand their BRISKET RUB. These were smoked on my Weber 22” Smokey Mountain Grill.
I smoked this rack for around 6 and 1/2 hrs between 200 and 250 degrees.
