The EASIEST Smoked Beef Jerky I’ve Ever Made!

Okay, okay, maybe it’s the easiest for me since it’s my first attempt; but still! This was some good jerky, and better tasting than in stores. I cooked it on my Pit Boss pellet grill, which helps add a nice smoky flavor. This steak was top sirloin from Costco, and I’d say it was a good price! Especially for the amount of smoked jerky it produced (I didn’t even cook it all). Basically here’s how it went down:

Freeze for 1 hour
Slice it thin
Lightly season with salt and pepper
2 hours: Pellet grill SMOKE mode (about 180 degrees)
2 hours: Pellet grill 225 degrees
**Season again with brown sugar, cayenne, chili powder and paprika

**Note: If you want to feed this to your pet, I recommend serving to them without much seasoning, if any.

This was my first video upload, what do you think? How could I improve? I’m open to ideas, message me!
