150~220g sliced beef
1 soft boiled egg
150g rice

Topping sauce:
30g sake
30g mirin
100g soy sauce
50g sugar
10g ketchup
5g garlic, grated
5g vinegar, grated
10g sesame oil
1/2 leek
100g radish, grated
