SALT: 1/2 TSP OR TO TASTE
GINGER GARLIC PASTE: 1 TBSP
WHITE VINEGAR: 2 TBSP
BLACK PEPPER POWDER: 1 TSP
OIL: 2-3 TBSP FOR CHICKEN
OIL: FOR FRYING FRIES
MAYO: 1/2 CUP
BBQ SAUCE: 1 TBSP
CHILI GARLIC SAUCE: 1 TBSP
GREEN ONIONS DICED: AS REQUIRED
CAPSICUM: 1 DICED
GREEN OLIVES: AS REQUIRED
OREGANO: 1 TSP
RED CHILI FLAKES: 1 TSP
INSTRUCTIONS
IN A DEEP FRYER OR PAN, FRY THE FRIES UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN AND KEEP IT ASIDE
MARINATE CHICKEN BREAST WITH RED CHILI, SALT, GINGER GARLIC, WHITE VINEGAR AND BLACK PEPPER
COOK CHICKEN IN A PAN FOR 10-15 MINS AND SHRED IT AFTER COOLING DOWN
MAYO SAUCE: MIX MAYO, BBQ SAUCE, CHILI GARLIC SAUCE AND KEEP IT ASIDE.
LAYERING:
IN A CASSEROLE DISH, FIRST LAYER THE FRIES, ADD CHEESE, PIZZA SAUCE, SHREDDED CHICKEN, MAYO SAUCE, GREEN ONIONS, OLIVES, GREEN CAPSICUM, CHEESE AND REPEAT THE PROCESS
SPRINKLE SOME OREGANO AND RED CHILI FLAKES ON TOP
BAKE FOR 15 MINS ON 350 F and BROIL FOR A MINUTE ON HIGH.
