How to make BBQ Chicken Leg (with Korean secret sauce)
Add a special Korean sauce to a well-done chicken leg!
The spicy taste of magic will be a Finger lickin’ good.
🍗Today’s Main ingredient
⁎Chicken legs (5~6 pieces)
⁎Milk (200ml, 6.5oz)
⁎Salt and Black pepper
⁎Minced garlic : 1 Tbsp
⁎Minced onion : 1 cup
⁎Sliced spicy pepper : 1 Tbsp
⁎Corn syrup : 1 Tbsp
⁎Sesame oil : 1 Tbsp
⁎Sugar : 1 Tbsp
⁎Soy sauce : 4 Tbsp
⁎Coke : 4 Tbsp
⁎Red pepper powder : 1/2 Tbsp
If you don’t have the ingredients, or if you don’t like them, you may omit them
(But Soy sauce is an essential ingredient!!)
Wash the chicken under running water.
Marinate the chicken in milk for 1 hour. (At least 30 Min.)
Add some salt and black pepper.
Mince onions and garlic and put them in a mixing bowl
Put the sauce ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix them.
Wash the marinated chicken and wipe the water with a paper towel.
Spray oil on both sides of the chicken legs.
Set the temperature of the air fryer to 180C (350F), bake each side for 15 min.
(Not only air fryer, but oven baked is also good too.)
While the drumsticks are being baked, Boil the sauce over medium heat
When it starts to boil, lower the heat to low and simmer for 2 min.
It tastes better with sliced peppers!
Pour sauce on well-cooked chicken legs and evenly coat them.
