Ingredients
1 roasted leftovers boneless chicken breast
1/2 cups ketchup
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
Salt to taste
1/2 tsp black pepper
2 tbsp dark brown sugar
2 tbsp chilli powder (chilli sauce)
1 medium blended onions
2 minced garlic cloves
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
2 tablespoons olive oil
Picked Onion Ingredients
1 large red onion
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
For sweet potatoes
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Wash your sweet potatoes and line a baking sheet with parchment paper and Poke the sweet potatoes
Few times with a fork place them on the baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes. Adjust the bake time of the sweet potatoes are large. When done baking . Slice each sweet potato in half, fill with cheddar and back in the overnight for 5 minutes then top with BBQ chicken.
Garnish
Picked red onion and fresh coriander.
Serve with Arugula salad.
