Best Peri Peri Grilled Chicken

5 medium red chillies
Small piece of Ginger
8 cloves of Garlic
3 dry red chillies soaked in water
1 red capsicum
1 tsp crushed black peppers
1 tsp Cumin powder
1 ½ tsp Paprika Powder
1 tsp cup of Olive oil
½ cup of Sunflower oil
4 Chicken leg pieces

Seasoning the chicken
Step 1: Add the following ingredients to the food processor
Step 2: Chopped 5 red chillies, piece of ginger, 8 cloves of garlic
Step 3: Add 3 small dry red chillies soaked in water into the food processor
Step 4: Chop 1 capsicum and add that into the food processor
Step 5: Grind it until it becomes a paste
Step 6: Add 1tsp crushed black pepper into the same mixture
Step 7: Add 1tsp Cumin powder
Step 8: 1 ½ Paprika Powder
Step 9: 1tsp Salt
Step 10: ½ cup of olive oil and sunflower oil and mix it well again
Step 11: Make deep cuts onto the 4 chicken legs and add the paste to the chicken and marinate it for 2 hours
Step 12: After 2 hours brush some olive oil onto a pre-heated grill pan
Step 13: Place the chicken onto the pan and grill on medium flame
Step 14: Change the sides and cook the chicken properly as you don’t want it to be raw inside and you brush the leftover sauce on the chicken for extra flavour and ready to serve!
