“Biryani”.. So if you all have a favorite dish, if you have a biryani to eat, when you hungry ?? ??
So today I am going to make this biryani in 10 minutes with pressure cooker… It’s very easy way, also you have to save your time.

? 200g of chicken
500g of Rice
03 Tablespoons of curd
Lime juice
? 02 Large onions
? 02 Large tomatoes
02 Chili
01 Teaspoon Chili powder
02 Tablespoons of biryani powder
02 Tablespoons Ginger Garlic paste
Salt of your taste
A little bit of Turmeric powder
1/4 cup of ghee.
Star Anise
Cardamom
Clove
Basil leaf powder.

?ලොකු ලූණූ ගෙඩි 2
?ලොකු තක්කාලි ගෙඩි 2
මිරිස් කරල් 2
මිරිස් කුඩු තේ හැදි 1
බුරියානී කුඩු මේස හැදි 2
සුදු ලුණු ඉඟුරු පේස්ට් මේස හැදි 2
ලුණු රස අනුව
කහ කුඩු ස්වල්පයක්
ගිතෙල් 1/4 කොප්ප.
අන්නාසි මල්
එනසාල්
කදරමුංගු
කරාබු නැටි
බැසිල් කොළ කුඩු
