Chicken Barbeque Rice / How to Make BBQ Rice

here is a unique recipe of rice which is called bbq rice…it’s a beautiful blend of chicken …vegetables and rice..Do try this barbeque rice for dawats and dinners….
INGREDIENTS :
This recipe makes 4 to 5 servings….
basmati rice 500 gms
(soak rice and boil like ordinary boiled rice and set aside )
for chicken:
chicken 500 gms (boneless cubed)
yogurt 1/2 cup
chicken tikka masala 2 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
soya sauce 2 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp or as required
black pepper (crushed )1/2 tsp
mix and marinate for 15 minutes
oil 3 tbsp
onion 1 small sized
coal 1 small piece
little oil to drizzle over coal piece
For vegetables :
oil 3 tbsp
ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
soya sauce 2 tsp
salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
black pepper (crushed)1/2 tsp
red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
mushrooms 1/2 cup (sliced)
carrots 1 cup (julienne)
capsicum 1 cup (julienne)
cabbage 1 cup (julienne
For tempering (baghar):
*(This baghar I used for 1 serving dish ….you can make another for second serving dish if you want…cause we have used half of rice ,chicken and vegetables and we have half quantities of everything left.)
oil 2 tbsp
garlic cloves (chopped )
red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
For sauce:
mayonnaise 1/2 cup
ketchup 3 tbsp
chilli sauce 1 tbsp
salt 1/4 tsp
black pepper 1/4 tsp
mix and transfer into a bottle for drizzling …..
*some cilantro/coriander leaves for garnish
