GRILLED CHICKEN INGREDIENTS:
Chicken: 500 gms
Red chilli powder: 1 tsp
Garam masala powder: 1/3 tsp
Pepper powder: 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder: 1 pinch
Saffron food Colour: 1 pinch
Cumin powder roasted: 1 tsp
Kashmiri Red chilli Powder: 1/2 tsp
Yogurt: 2 tbsp
Ginger paste: 1 tbsp
Garlic paste: 1 tbsp
Cooking oil: 4-5 tbsp

GARLIC DIP INGREDIENTS:
Garlic Cloves: 12 pcs
Lemon juice: 1 tbsp
Cooking oil: 1/4 cup (60 ml)
Salt: 1/5 tsp

TOMATO DIP INGREDIENTS:
Tomato: 1 pc
Garlic Cloves: 2 pcs
Green chilli: 1 pcs
Mint Leaf: 5-6 pcs
Cumin seed: 1/3 tsp
Salt: 1/3 tsp

PARATHA INGREDIENTS:
Plain flour (maida): 2 cups (1: 250ml)
Wheat flour (atya): 1/2 cup
Salt: 1 tsp
Yogurt: 2 tbsp
Water: 200 ml
Cooking oil for layers
Flour for dusting

MIX VEG:
Onion
Tomato
Carrot
Olives
Parsley

Mayonnaise : 1 tsp (per roll)

Note: 1 cup: 250ml
