Succulent chicken leg quarters made on the BBQ grill. Be sure to sear the chicken and lock in all the juices and slow cook them to perfection on the grill.

Ginger paste 2 tsp.
Garlic paste 2 tsp.
Red chili powder 2 tsp.
Salt 1 tsp.
Serve with pita and hummus (ketchup for kids)
Slit some pockets in the chicken legs for the marination. Mix together ginger, garlic paste, red chili powder and salt. Marinate the chicken legs in this marination, add a drizzle of olive oil, mix well and set in fridge overnight.
Can be left in fridge up to 2 days, or kept in freezer.
Place on a preheated grill and sear both sides before letting it cook with the lid closed on medium heat.
Serve with some lemon, hummus and pita bread. Ketchup for the kids.
