How to make Chicken Tikka Step by Step?
Chicken Tandoori Tikka
Recipe in English:
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4 tbs
-Garam masala powder 1 & ½ tbsp
-Lemon juice 5 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder)1 tbs or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbsp
-Haldi (Turmeric Powder) 1/2 tsp
-Kaali Mirch (Black pepper) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tbsp or to taste
-Cuti laal mirch (Crushed Chilli) 1 tbsp
– Soya sauce 5 tbsp
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 3 tbs
– Oil 2 tbs
-Add marks/cuts on chicken tikka pieces.
-In bowl,add chicken,yogurt,ginger garlic paste,cumin seeds,red chili ,masala,red chili powder,garam masala powder,coriander seeds,salt,lemon juice and whisk well.
-Now marinate for 4 hours or overnight in refrigerator.
-Heat BBQ grill/pan and grill from all sides until done and basting with oil.
-Serve with chutney.
