This is a simple grilled chicken wings and pork ribs.
First I seasoned the wings and ribs with chopped onion leaves and garlic.Let it sit for an hour to have a better flavour on the meat. . .
Just before grilling, seasong it with salt and pepper. . .
Grill the wings and ribs til it’s golden brown or until it’s fully ccoked.
Serve it hot with salad or fried rice.
