This grilled chicken recipes is super juicy, and full of flavor. Perfect for any meals and served with rice and salad or any side dishes. This is an Asian style recipe, quick and easy to prepare. Enjoy!
Ingredients:
4 Chicken breast /6 chicken thigh ( I used chicken thigh in this video)
1 Tbsp. Wine
1 Tbsp. Garlic
2 Tbsp. Shallots
1 Tbsp. Sugar
1 Tbsp. Fish sauce
2 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1/2 -1 Tbsp. Salt
1/2 Tbsp. Five-spice powder
1 Tbsp. Honey
1Tbsp. Oyster sauce
2Tbsp. cooking oil
1Tbsp. Annatto oil
1-2 Tbsp. Lemongrass
DIPPING SAUCE:
+ Sweet chili sauce
+ Sweet & sour fish sauce (see my other video how to make this sauce)
