In this grilling video, I make some chicken and veggie kabobs and cook them on my Weber charcoal grill. The ingredients I used are 1 boneless skinless chicken breast, 2 zucchini, 2 yellow squash, 2 portobello mushrooms, and 2 red onions. I marinated the chicken pieces for 1 hour in a sesame soy ginger vinaigrette and then put everything on wooden skewers. I brushed more of the vinaigrette over the kabobs once they were on the grill. I also sprinkled them with some kosher salt and Johnny’s Seasoned Pepper. The total cooking time was about 25 minutes but it will vary depending on the temperature of your grill.
