Grilled Chicken Recipe| How To Make Grilled Chicken| Grilled Chicken | Healthy Grilled Chicken Recipe
Ingredients for Grilled Chicken:
Chicken boneless – 400 grams.
Marinade:
– Curd/yoghurt- 2 tbsp
– Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
– Red Chilli powder- 2 tbsp
– Coriander powder- 1 tbsp
– Cumin powder- 1 tsp
– Garam masala powder- 3/4 tsp
– Salt- 1/2 tsp or to taste
– Tandoori masala – 1 tsp
– Ginger garlic paste- 1tbsp
– Oil- 2 tbsp
– Lemon – 1 medium size
Preparation:
– Take a bowl and add 3 pieces of chicken
– Add lemon and 1 tbsp of chili powder and mix well
– set aside for 15-20 mins
Lets prepare the marinade:
– Add 1/2 cup curd/yogurt, then add 1 tsp turmeric
– Add 1 tbsp coriander powder then add cumin powder
– Add 1 tsp garam masala powder
– Add tandoori masala 1 tsp, dried methi leaves
– Add oil
– And now mix all the ingredients well and set aside for 60mins.
– Mix the marinated chicken with the prepared marinade.
Process.
– Take a grill pan and pre-heat it.
– Brush the pan with some oil.
– Once hot, place the marinated chicken one beside the other. Keep on high for around 3 mins to develop grill marks.
– Turn them on the other side & continue the same on the other side.
– Keep applying the oil left on the sides of the grill pan.
– Lower heat to medium & turn the pieces again to cook for another 4-5 mins on each side.
– Check with a fork if the chicken is cooked. Remove onto a plate.
– Ready to serve 🙂
