Instead of getting fast food try this chicken grilled sandwich. This is fast, easy and family favourite.
INGREDIENTS
Chicken breasts-3(cut thinly)
Crushed ginger garlic-1 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper powder-1 tsp
Black pepper powder-1 tbsp
Soy sauce-2 tbsp
Oil-3 tbsp
White/brown bread slices-6-8
Mayonnaise-half cup or as required
Lettuce-As required
Tomatoes-2(thinly sliced)
Cucumber-1(thinly sliced)
Grated cheddar cheese (any cheese of your choice)-1 cup or as required
INSTRUCTIONS
Cut the chicken breast into thin slices.
Marinate the chicken slices with crushed ginger garlic, salt, white and black pepper powder and soy sauce.
Marinade the chicken for 10-15 minutes.
Add 2 tbsp of oil in the griddle pan and spread with the help of brush.
Grill the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
Spread mayonnaise as required and add cooked chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and grated Cheddar cheese on bread slices.
Add 1 tbsp of oil again on griddle pan and grill the bread for 1-2 minutes or until cheese melts on medium flame.
