Grilled Chicken Sandwich:
Chicken breast, boiled and shredded 1
Onion, sliced 1
Bread slices 8
Butter 1 tbsp
Salt A pinch
Thyme ½ tsp
Sugar a pinch
Melted butter as required
Grated cheddar cheese, as required
Grated mozzarella cheese, as required
French fries to serve
Heat butter and when it melts, add onion, salt, thyme and sugar and saute till onions are golden brown. For each sandwich, take 2 bread slices, apply melted butter on both sides and place some caramelized onions on one slice, then the shredded chicken, cheddar cheese and mozzarella cheese. Cover with the second slice. Heat a non-stick pan, place the sandwich in it and cook till golden brown, flip and cook till the other side turns golden brown and cheese melts. Halve the sandwich and place on a serving plate and serve hot with French fries.
Gluten Free Brownies:
Almond Flour 2 cups
Brown Sugar ¾ cup
Baking Powder 1 tsp
Salt ¼ tsp
Oil – ½ cup
Vanilla Essence 1 tsp
Cocoa Powder ½ cup
Chocolate Chips ½ cup
Melted Chocolate – 50 grams
Mix eggs, oil, sugar in a bowl. Add in melted chocolate, cocoa powder and vanilla and mix well. Add in almond flour, baking powder and salt. Add in chocolate chips. Spoon this into a baking pan and bake at 180 degrees C for 20- 25 minutes. Remove and cool completely. Slice and serve.
