Grilled Chicken Shawarma With Toast Salad

Ingredients:

6-Boneless Chicken thighs
1-Lime Juice
Some Lime Zest
1/2-tsp Black Pepper
1/2-tsp Paprika
1/2-tsp Allspice
1/2-tsp Cardamom powder Substitute Coriander Powder
1/2-tsp Cumin powder
1/2-tsp Turmeric powder
2-Tbsp Soy Sauce
1-Tbsp Chicken Powder Optional Substitute 1/2- Tbsp Sugar
1-Tbsp Olive Oil
1-Tbsp Yogurt

Step 1: Remove all exist fat from the chicken.
Wash the chicken and let it dry out. With paper Towel
make sure the chicken really dry,

Combine all Ingredients above Together with the chicken Thigh,
Mix it well and Marinate for an Hour, Prepare Overnight
After Marinated, You can Bake the chicken or bake it, for 25 to 30 Minutes
on 400 Degrees Don’t Over cook the chicken.

Step 2:
For Toast Salad:
2-small carrots sliced in thin cut
1-Cup Cherry Tomatoes
1-Cup Green Olives
1/2-tsp Vinegar
A dash of Black Pepper
Dash Of Salt to taste
1/2-tsp Sugar
1/2-tsp Olive Oil
MMIX THEM ALL TOGETHER AND SERVE
WITH THE CHICKEN SHAWARMA.
