Tonight I’ve decided to make some grilled chicken on my Bullseye (RT-B380). I marinated it overnight in Italian Dressing and then cooked it on the Bullseye. I preheated it to 750 and then later I brought it down 325. The grill marks made by the Aura Cast Iron Grill Grate were amazing!
