Grilled Chicken Wings
3 lbs Chicken Wings
1/2 C Olive Oil
3 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 Tbsp Dijon Mustard
3 Tbsp Soy Sauce
2 tsp Lemon or Lime Zest
1 Tbsp Parsley – chopped
1 tsp Oregano
3 Cloves Garlic – minced
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepepr
In a medium sized bowl whisk together olive oil, brown sugar, dijon, soy
sauce, zest, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt & pepper. Stir until well combined.
Place wings in bowl or in a large zip lock bag. Pour over marinade and place in refrigerator
for at least 1 hour, the longer the better.
Light grill and sear wings on high heat, turning once for approx 5 minutes on each side. Move wings and cook on indirect heat until wings are golden and cooked through, approx. 10- 15 minutes more. Keep turning them so they don’t burn.
