How To Make A BBQ Grill Chicken With Steam Sweet Potatoes And Corn Salad
8 chicken Thighs ( any chicken )
2 large sweet potatoes
1 cassava/yuca
3 color bell peppers
1 large cucumber
2-3 chopped tomatoes
1 red onion
1 cup black beans
1 1/2 cup corn
2 tablespoon green seasonings
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp chicken bullion
2 tablespoon lemon juice ( about 1 lemon )
2 tsp olive oil
1/4 cup good BBQ sauce
4 tsp ketchup
1/4 pineapple marinate
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp honey

How To Season Your Chicken
2 tablespoon green seasonings
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chili flakes
1 tsp chicken bullion
2 tsp olive oil
Add all of the ingredients into a bowl with the chicken mixed well and placed into your fridge for at least an hour or longer. Take the chicken out of the fridge 20-30 minutes before start cooking.

How To Make The Corn & Black Bean Salad
1 1/2 cup organic corn
1 cup organic black beans
1/2 chopped organic color bell peppers
1/2 chopped organic cucumber ( take seeds out if any )
1 small chopped organic red onion
2 small chopped organic tomatoes ( take the seeds out )
2 tablespoon lemon juice ( about 1 lemon )
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp vegetable bullion

Add all of the ingredients into a large bowl and mixed well, this can be stored for 3 days into an air tight container in the fridge.

Please try to used organic vegetables when making this salad… the reason this salad will have no cooking process and make sure to wash your vegetables well.
