This is a grilling recipe for turkisk kanat – using mostly spices produced in india – except Sumac
Ingredients
1 kg/ 2.2 lbs chicken wings
Yogurt – 3 tbsp
1 tsp – sumac
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp red Chilli flakes
1.5 tsp salt
3 tbsp – Turkish Chilli paste
2 tbsp – olive oil
2 cloves – Garlic
1 tbsp Indian Chilli
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp lime
1/4 tsp pepper
Cooking Instructions
Marinate overnight
On medium flame – grill for 30-40 minutes
