How to make Cheesy Barbeque Chicken Wings

Welcome, Foodicians!!
This time I bring you a perfect weekend recipe. Indulge yourself in these flavourful chicken wings.

Yields: 8 Chicken wings

Ingredients:
250g Chicken Wings
1 cup Curd
2 tsp Chilli powder
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Pepper powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Ginger- Garlic paste
1 cup Whole Wheat flour
1 cup All purpose flour
1 tsp Oregano
1 tsp Tandoori Masala
2 tsp Corn flour
3 cups oil (frying)
1 tsp Lemon zest
6 tsp butter (salted)
1 cup Barbeque Sauce (Homemade)
1 cup Grated processed Cheese (Amul)

Procedure:
Marinate the chicken
In a bowl, add chicken wings, curd, chilli powder, salt, pepper powder,
cumin powder, ginger garlic paste, mix it all well and set aside for minimum 1 hour.

Coating mixture
In a seperate bowl, add wheat flour, all purpose flour, oregano, tandoori masala, corn flour and mix it all well.

Coat the chicken wings
Take each chicken wing and coat all the sides in the dry mixture.

Fry
In a frying pan, heat up oil and deep fry each chicken wing until they turn golden brown or for about 4-5 minutes on high flame.
Tip: Don’t leave it unattended it will burn or else fry on high flame for about 2 minutes and the reduce it to medium and fry for 5-6 minutes or until they turn golden brown

Add the sauce
In a pan, add the fried chicken wings, lemon zest, butter, barbeque sauce and cook it for about 3 – 4 minutes on medium flame.
Add the processed cheese and cook for another 2 minutes or until the cheese melts.
