This is a African Barbeque Chicken Recipe. Traditionally it is made with spicy African Bird’s Eye Chili, But i couldn’t Find any. So i Made it with Local Grown Chillies which is Mildly Spicy. Hope you Like it.

Ingredients:
Chicken – 750 Grams
Onion – 1(Whole)
Tomato – 1/2
Red Chilli – 10 -15 pcs (Whole)
Bay Leaf – 3
Garlic – 15 cloves
Paprika – 2 tbsp
Lime – 1 (Whole)
Salt – As Required
oil – 6 Tbsp (Generous Amount)
Charcoal – 2-3 (lumps)
Ghee – 1/2 Tsp
