this is how to make Grilled chicken “char-siu”. this is made by Vacuum packed pouch cooking. I think u feel it’s difficult, but it’s easy and so delicious. if u have rice steamer, u can do this right now. Please enjoy this!!
☆Ingredients: for 2 rolls
2 chicken thighs
190g dashi soy sauce(soy sauce is also okay)
15g cooking sake
