Grilled fried chicken may seem impossible, but you can get crispy breaded chicken without the deep fryer or any of the oil. For this healthy version, the chicken wings are breaded in a flour and cornmeal mixture, then grilled until golden brown. The breading and chicken skin crisp up just as they would in a deep fryer without any of the mess.
