INGREDIENTS

{Oxtail}
2 pounds oxtail
1 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp lawery
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp cacun seasoning
1 tsp adobo
1 tsp combo seasoning
1 tsp oxtail seasoning
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 glove garlic
1/2 yellow onion
1 stick scallions
5 stem dry thyme
1/2 tsp premento seed
1 Abonaro pepper
1 tsp extra virgin olive oil
1 can butter bean

{Wet Ingredients}
1 tsp soy and garlic sauce
1 tsp browning

{Barbecue Chicken}
8 drumsticks/ chicken legs
1/2 tsp chicken seasoning
1/2 tsp lawery
1/2 combo seasoning
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp adobo
1/3 tsp black pepper
Pinch of salt
My seasoning flour is a combination of all my spices with 1/2 tsp paprika

{Potato Salad}
8 potatoes
2 boiled eggs
1/3 chopped onion
6 tablespoon mayonnaise

{RICE}
½ pint red kidney beans
2½ cups white rice
½ can grace classic coconut milk
½ teaspoon salt
½ clove garlic
3-4 stems dried thyme
1 stem escallion
1 tablespoon butter
1/3 cup whole milk
Pinch of salt
Pinch of black pepper
Pinch of garlic powder
Pinch onion powder
Pinch paprika

hey guys it’s pitch here from patch prepand today I was preparing anotherdelicious meal octave open barbecuechicken rice and peas with potato saladon the side make sure you guys rememberto subscribe to my youtube channelfollow me on IG follow me on Facebook usits pitch prep style hey guys so here Ihave some freshly washed oxtail I washedit with vinegar and I got these oxtailfrom my local farmers market think youknow everything from the farmers marketis nice and fresh it’s all right niceand wash and clean over here I have sometime I have one claw of Chuck I mean Ihave a veneer that I’m gonna put inthere I might put it I might cut it alittle bit but everything is nice andthere are some pimento seeds so freshlychopped onions also some scallionsput that in there here’s my dryingredients and you guys already knowI’m gonna leave everything in thedescription box and here is my wetingredients you don’t want my colorand I hope you guys enjoyed the lastvideo I got a lot of you this time Iappreciate you guys heat of use coming Ireally really appreciate ithello rent a family member to subscribethe pitch prep IG follow me on Facebookas you know your girl hooking it up tomake the trip beyond so y’all see thatthat’s that nice brown color that you’regonna get right there and I also in thevideo I mentioned in my intro imentioned that i will be doing of inbarbecue chicken so this is some drumsabout eight trucks that already seasonthat stuff like that so once i get thatready in the oven i would show you guysthe process and over here as I mentionedthat I’m doing potato salad so I cut upbut six potatoes and I was just lettingthem soak in some water so as you guyssee that’s what I prepped for my potatosalad so once I get this ready and guystoday I’m using a pressure cooker so I’mgonna show you guys how to cook oxtailin a pressure cooker so stay tuned andI’ll be right back so guys as Imentioned I’m going to be cooking theoxtail in the pressure cooker I justactually got this pressure cooker todayfrom Walmart is a seven in one pressurecookeryou guys should chickenanyways I’m gonna have cooked up stalein here and then the remainder I’m gonnacook it on top of this so here’s myoxtail it have been marinating now forabout 30 minutes so I’m just go aheadwater again if you guys try any of myrecipe send me a video or picture so Icould see how it turned out well a fewof my followers have tried my seafood myBarbie fried they were really pleasedwith my recipe so I’m happy with that sothere it is some warm water as Imentioned before my videos one waterkeep the flavor[Music]but just owned it and once that’scooking and everything I’m gonna comeback show you guys over here I have myPeas going for my license fees this ismy my rice so I’m gonna wash that put itin the rice cooker also I’m going to putthe chicken in the oven and startprepping my potato salad and I’ll beright back and guys now that the chickenlegs are like 80 percent cook I’m gonnatake it out of the oven in a littlewhile and I’m gonna brush drain the UMthe chicken is juice off and I’m gonnaput some barbecue sauce on there and putit back in the oven not gonna put foilover it so I could get a little char toit say yes guys this is gonna see eachhour okay what about you chicken andonce it’s all done I’m gonna show youguysfinished product and now the potatoesare cooked well my potato salad add twolegs two legs in there’s already boiledso I’m gonna chop up my onion and myingredients and here’s the oxtail guys Itook it off the pressure cooker likemaybe 30 minutes ago I let it like Itold you guys already now I’m about toadd some butter beanI also have and one is this plated andeverything on it you guys see now we’regoing to move on to the chicken it’s asI mentioned earlier I showed you guysthe chicken cooking in the oven I’mgonna train off the chicken jus so thisis what it looked like without thechicken juice in here I have my barbecuesauce we’re a little stuffy somethingthat I mix in there so then I’m gonnabrush it on here[Music][Music]and now I can get into the potato saladso I have all my ingredients in here thetool boiled egg some whole milk somediced onions my Mayo are my seasoningand I know some people they add corn orsweet peas one day I’m gonna try it withthe sweet peato see what I’ll use my recipe everyfamily event I have to make potato saladif I don’t they go set cuz it’s littleyeah and you don’t want it to be toomushy you know what I’m uh shot all thepotatoes but you want to have a littlebite right there and once i plateeverything I’m gonna take a picture soyou guys can see everything so staytunedhere you have you guys the oxtail therice and peas the potato salad we end upin barbecue look at that goodness imagesso good and tastes even better so guysand remember to subscribe to my youtubechannel follow me on right slippageparts and follow me on Facebook can’twait to prepare another delicious anduntil you guys see you then[Music][Music]

  3. It’s a good thing I haven’t had breakfast yet. I’d have to eat again. Great plan with minimal seasonings! Let the smoke and the meat take care care of the flavor.
