Lemon & Garlic Juicy Grilled Chicken
INGREDIENTS YOU WILL NEED
Fresh lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and ground black pepper
Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
HOW TO MAKE THIS GRILLED CHICKEN
Marinade the chicken: In a small mixing bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Add chicken breast to a Ziploc bag and pour over the lemony marinade; seal the bag and gently press the marinade around the chicken to evenly coat. Refrigerate and let marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Get the grill ready: Spray the grill with some cooking spray and preheat to medium-high heat. Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it onto the preheated grill .
Grill the chicken: Grill the chicken breast for 6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer inserted reads 165F.
Otherwise u can use tawa to grill without oven
FAQ’S AND TIPS
Use lemon or lime. Use fresh lemons instead of lemons in a jar or bottle for better flavor.
Other oils to use: avocado oil or grapeseed oil
Consider marinating the chicken the night before to save on prep time if needed.
You can use zucchini, or any other veggies.
Place leftovers in a container and store in the fridge for up to 4 days. Reheat in the microwave when ready to eat. You can freeze for up to 3 months.
