Low Calorie BBQ Chicken Pita Pizza Recipe
Hey guys! This weeks video is a short one – it’s barbecue chicken pizzas made with Joseph’s Flax, Oat Bran, & Whole Wheat Flour Pitas as a crust! They are pretty simple to make, so I hope you try them! This recipe is really just a template, so feel free to experiment and make it fit your calorie/macro goals.
Macros for 1 serving ( 1 1/2 pizzas)
Total calories: 324
Joseph’s Pita Bread
Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce
Part Skim Mozzarella Shredded Cheese
Canned Pineapple Slices
Chicken ( Rotisserie or Canned)
Preheat Oven to 400
Bake Pitas in Oven for 10 minutes ( flip pitas at 5 min)
Bake 5 minutes
Finish by broiling For 2 minutes
