Joy’s Kitchen is fairly a new catering food business. Although new however, not an amateur in food. We love to make good home cooked dishes and treats. Our desire is to bring amazing and tasty foods from our kitchen to yours.
As the owner of Joy’s Kitchen, my passion for cooking stem from the age of six (6) years old; as a young girl growing up in Africa, Nigeria to be precise, my sisters and I were taught at an early age how to cook. We started with the basics; how to boil an egg to cooking rice. Growing up as an African child learning to cook is part and parcel of life’s skills. As result, I am confident in the kitchen.
Joy’s Kitchen makes sweet and savory dishes and treats. We make cupcakes, cakes, cookies, doughnuts, chin-chin (African mini biscuits), pasties, pies, fish pie (Nigerian ), fish pie, samosas, naan bread, poppadom, African curries ( Nigerian curries), Indian curries, Chinese foods etc. We also offer home service. We come to your home to cook food of your choice.
Our passion is to continue to make good healthy foods that equally taste delicious without compromising. Joy’s Kitchen is certified food handler, we are also registered with the Caerphilly Council to ensure food hygiene and safety is top-notch. We cater for your food in a clean and safe environment.
The name Joy’s Kitchen is taken from my first name Joy, and my Kitchen where I cook delicious meals. Because we know food is important to you, and food is to be enjoyed, we came up with our business slogan with our customers in mind: “Your treat… our passion”! Yes, that’s our mission.
