Orange BBQ Baked Chicken 1 Point Per Serving on Weight Watchers WW+

For this recipe the Weight Watchers WW+ version of Orange BBQ Baked Chicken makes 2 Servings at 1pt per Serving

2 Chicken Breasts
2 TBSP Ray’s No Sugar Added Hickory BBQ
2 TBSP Soy Sauce
17 Grams Concentrated Frozen Orange Juice (or 1 pts worth)
4 TBSP Smucker Sugar Free Orange Marmalade (or 1 pts worth)
1 TBSP Splenda

Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl cover all sides of the two chicken breasts and bake on a parchment lined baking dish at 350° for about 45 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through if you want to get real fancy you can take the excess liquid once done and you can put it in a saucepan on the stovetop reduce it turn it into a glaze and cover the chicken or use it as a dip for the chicken or you can do what I did an add it in the liquid you cook your rice with to flavor your rice
