You may vary the seasoning or flavors as per your preference. Marinate it for minimum 30 mins. Add a little oil to your pan and sear the chicken each sides on medium low flame. Add some water/stock to get the chicken moist and juicy. Let it cook till it dries and here’s your super delicious grilled chicken.
DON’T OVERCOOK IT. Chicken breast cooks very fast. So keep a maximum of 15 mins on the pan to get that juicy evenly grilled texture.
Serve it with some salad, chips, bread and chilli paste 😍
