Penne and Broccoli and Grilled Chicken. Very Healthy dish and easy to make.
1/2 lb of Penne
2 cups of broccoli
4 Chicken breast cut in half
1 lemon, 1/2 tsp of garlic powder, chicken powder, fresh rosemary.
1/2 cup of olive oil.
1 Tbsp of heavy cream

hey guys um today we’re going to makesome grilled chicken withuh penny and broccoli uh so what i do iusually put the broccoli in the waterthat i’m going to cook the pasta withto retain the flavor and that way yougetmore broccoli flavor and that’s it forthatmake sure you just blanch the broccoliyou don’t cook it completely because uhyou don’t want itto be mushy okay next i will uh saute mybroccoli with olive oil and butter saltpeppergarlic i didn’t have any more garliccloves so i know bummerbut you could put a whole garlic orgarlic powderfor my chicken breast i use uh i need amarinade with lemon juice olive oilsalt pepper one half a teaspoon ofchicken powderhalf teaspoon of garlic saltand some fresh romaine i’ll have therecipe in the descriptionand i grill uh for a good 10-15 minuteson each side[Music]so[Music][Music]and also what i do i have a little bitof uh heavy creamto put more to the tasteand also i uh finished cooking the pastawith the waterthat i used to clog party with and theygive you expertise[Music]and then finally i use the belovedparmesan cheese vaginaput as much as you want you can put itbefore after[Music]so[Music]water[Music]there you have it guys and now broccoliwith grilled chickenmake sure to subscribe the channel toget more videosthank you so much
