‘Indian recipe for Grilled Tandoori Chicken’ is considered as one of the simplest, easiest and best chicken recipe one can have whenever a person is running out of time or having no mood to cook chicken curry or any other chicken related food items for lunch, dinner, morning breakfast or for a weekend get-together. If you’re a fan of Indian spices then all you will be needing is the basic home ingredients to make this delicious recipe at home.

Chicken Leg Whole 2
Lemon Juice 1 tbsp
Vinegar 1 tbsp
Curd 4-5 tbsp
Ginger Paste 1 tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Ground Black Pepper (Powder) 1 tbsp
(Everest) Tandoori Chicken Masala 1/2 tbsp
Arrowroot Powder / Cornstarch 1 tbsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Red color Few drops
Oil 2 tbsp
Salt 1 tbsp/As per taste
Method to Marinade and Grill:
Step 1 : Wash the Chicken legs/thighs and make diagonal-incisions all over it.
Step 2 : Mix all the ingredients of the marinade with the chicken legs/pieces and refrigerate to marinade for 1-2 hour.
Step 3 : Preheat oven at 200º C and grease the baking tray or if you’re using grill stand (low rack).
Step 4 : Brush the marinated Chicken with oil and put the chicken on the grill stand (low rack) and set the auto cook menu – grill-bake-cook/heat for 60 minutes approx. for both sides to cook.
Step 5 : Turn the chicken pieces upside down after every beeps. Keep checking.
If more crispiness required grill it for more 7 minutes. (Turn the Chicken upside down after 10 mins.)
