怎么做叉烧包 – How to make Cha Siu Bao ( BBQ pork buns )

配料 ( 16 包) – ingredients ( Makes 16 bao)

面团 – dough recipe
– 300ml 温水 – warm water
– 1 tsp 干酵母 – dry yeast
– 1 tsp 盐 – salt
– 1/2 tsp 发酵粉 – baking powder
– 1 tbsp 油 – oil

叉烧 – cha siu recipe
– 猪排 – pork chop
– 撒上盐,白胡椒粉,黑胡椒粉 – sprinkle salt, white and black pepper
– 3 tsp 海鲜酱 – hoisin sauce
– 3 tsp 叉烧酱 – cha siu sauce
– 5 tsp 糖 – sugar
– 2 tsp 蚝油 – oyster sauce
– 2 tsp 酱油 – soya sauce
– 2 tsp 蘑菇黑酱油 – mushroom dark soya sauce
